Hey there! I'm Jorik, a young painter-artist living in a cute 2nd floor apartment in the city center of Antwerp. I'm in search of roommate starting from the first of july for a year contract. There's a common kitchen with an induction stove and fridge, a common living room with two sofa's and a gianormous television, a spacious terrace for anyone who loves to be outside, a common bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms. Additionally, there's a free atelier space next to the terrace. As the apartment is in the back of the building, there's not that much noise surrounding the apartment. The rent will be around € 500 euro's (€ 381 + an high energy provision for electricity, which will be payed back and internet). The deposit will be € 1132,5.
